Lester Fierro

As a Customer Success Representative, Lester proactively reaches out to new and existing customers to make sure that they are getting the most out of DrumFIT. Lester comes from a diverse background in administration, customer service, program governance, and account management. He strives to build long-term client relationships and thoroughly enjoys when a customer is happy with their purchase.

Lester is a bilingual and bicultural dual citizen, raised in El Paso and Ciudad Juarez. After moving to Austin to attend the University of Texas at Austin, he quickly fell in love with the city’s music scene, restaurants, and outdoor spots. While he loves to travel, he has no intention of leaving Austin any time soon.
